Step Master

Series 516

• Step Master is a master artifact used for the Z-axis (vertical direction) calibration of optical instru-
  ments.

• Each adjacent step is calibrated to a resolution of 0.01 µm by using an interferometer with an
  accuracy tolerance of ±0.20 µm.

• Steel and ceramic types are available.
